What is most I need to understand effectively is that how do I use i statement in a conversation.?

What i like is that while talking and those who are listening are they listening to respond or they are listening to understand.!

How to solve conflict

I admire the fact that the courses are straight to the point, however I wish they would have more interactive scenarios. It would be really beneficial if you can practice on the spot, with some professionals.

Communication

I've learnt a lot about the communication, that it involves more than just what you say or your ears but rather your body posture, eye contact and providing feedback without interrupting the speaker.

How conflict begin

A little mistake can cause a big disagreement between two or more people I always expect to receive better things or better respond Because I always have positive attitude towards people but I always receive worse than I contribute I always expect my self to do more better than people do to me

Important in everyday life

Accepting that conflict will occur and that it can have a positive outcome is an important learning. Learning to listen and trying to understand. The course was very well presented.
