It gives you self belief and to be a go getter, I believe when you are confident about your self you do introspection and get to know yourself and your abilities, your strong points and your weaknesses When you acknowledge your weaknesses you learn to turn them into being your strength and work infavour of you towards a winning goal

The lesson really waken up my spirit and it gave me the new strategy to break down my things, so big up with the lesson.i was expecting something that is very complex but hey I saw the lesson was easy and enjoyable because it's only talking about yourself.

I was able to complete the "own your year course" between 00:30 to 01:00 a.m and I loved it. I am now practicing what I learned and it's coming along nicely. Education out of Campus!!!

I like the fact that the course challenged to realise my goals, what steps I will take to achieve these goals, why am not achieving my goals and what I need to do to achieve my goals. What I disliked can be a suggestion as well for reasons why I am not achieving those goals there can be more options added to Lack of resources and Fear of failure.
